Ways of Attending
Select from the following options and register under the most relevant group to ensure you don't miss out on specifically designed features and benefits.
Hosted Buyer - The VIP Option
If you organize, influence or make budgetary decisions for meetings, incentive travel or other events in the US or abroad you may be eligible to attend AIBTM as a Hosted Buyer.
Trade Buyer - The Flexible Choice Option
Our Non-Hosted Buyer Option. If you are a professional meeting or event planner we invite you to register as a Trade Buyer for free.
Trade Supplier
If you provide the meetings and convention industry with products and/or services we invite you to register as a Trade Supplier. All Trade Suppliers will be charged a registration fee of $1,250.
International Visitors
